What People Are Saying
Don't just take it from me!
Here's what people are saying about congee for breakfast...
I love coming home after work to the scent of Walnut Sage Romano Bean congee. It makes a great side dish along with salad and chicken or pork to round out the meal.
This breakfast is So Easy! Lots of variety, and though I have my favorites they are all yummy.
This congee is one of my favorites. The texture and flavor are pure perfection not to mention the way I feel after breakfast. And the best wake up call ever is the aroma of congee filling my home in the morning .
This flavor combo never fails to light up my taste buds. The fig and cardamom always combine well, but the orange adds just the right amount of brightness. Add the pistachios and it is a real winner.
I can go and go!
Normally I would just have coffee and go. But since it's made, I smell it and it reminds me it's there. I take my breakfast cure with me and eat it when I can. I can go and go!
Unexpected and wonderful
Fantastic - delicious - yummy - rich - unexpected and wonderful. My stomach and whole body felt GREAT after that hot moist breakfast
A healing substance
This isn't just a quick-fix. It's a healing substance that helps me start out on the right foot every morning.
Agrees with my sensitive system 100%
It is a breakfast that agrees with my sensitive system 100%. It is a tasty alternative to my usual breakfast options. It is unusual to find healthy foods that are tasty too.
No stomach bloat!
I loved it! I didn't think about food so that allowed me to focus on other things. No stomach bloat!
Love the satisfied, full, happy feeling
Love the satisfied, full, happy feeling I have after eating Congee. It sustains me until lunch (4+ hours later). I notice I'm not wanting to snack mid-morning.
Convenience. I very much appreciate knowing that we are consistently getting a delicious, nutritious meal to start off our days. And I also feel the tender loving care we receive through Karen's special touches (the presentation, the little bags of condiments, the phone calls and emails). This obviously is her pride and joy.
I have been recommending it to my friends.
So nice to come downstairs in the morning and have a delicious breakfast waiting for me
I loved it--I loved the variety of flavor profiles and how full and satisfied I felt after eating. It was so nice to come downstairs in the morning and have a delicious breakfast waiting for me.

helped significantly with...digestive problems and constipation
George: The advantage of it for me was that it was easy to swallow, easy to digest, and helped significantly with one of the elements of Parkinson's that's not uncommon, which is digestive problems and constipation. So, we tried the packages; we found them tasty, but more then that we found them helpful.
Helen: It really, really is easy for me to take the little package, cut the cellophane, pour it into my crock pot, turn it on low and the next morning we have a wonderful dish. Even if it's late at night and George says, "Gee are we cooking congee tonight?" It takes me about a minute and a half and we're cooking congee that night.
My digestion and energy are better!
I saw a Breakfast Cure display in a professional office and decided it would be worth a try. My digestion and energy are better!
So easy to fix and filling. I'd recommend The Breakfast Cure to friends-auto delivery is the best.
No challenges! I was surprised how delicious and varied the different packets were. I loved that I could eat straight from the pot with no additions if I wanted and I could also change up the texture by pan frying or adding nuts.
I lost weight!
I thought it would make me gain weight. I lost weight!
The combos are great!
I loved that the recipe is all there ready to go, and the combos are great!
Morning energy seems to persist into the afternoon
I was very interested in the variety of grains, seeds, rices and how they played in the different recipes. I enjoyed them all. I am satiated longer and forego snacking before lunch. Morning energy seems to persist into the afternoon.
